Mr. Preben Sørensen has been with Ramboll for almost 20 years. He was appointed Director of the Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecom department in Esbjerg in 2001.
Preben is a creative and methodical electrical engineer with a unique understanding of electrical power generation and distribution, control and safety systems and telecommunication systems.
Working as an engineer, Preben has carried out numerous designs for a number of high profile projects. He consistently keeps updated with the ongoing development of international codes and standards, making him an expert within this field as well.
Preben has contributed to projects of all sizes within the oil and gas industry and been involved at all stages of a project from the basic design of systems to specifications, detailed design, contracting, management, supervision through commissioning and maintenance.
