If you have recently graduated from you education and is employed at Ramboll, you will be part of our mentor program where you will be associated with an experienced employee in the organisation. It is very much like an apprenticeship – tailored to a modern knowledge company.
The graduate is up-to-date on the newest research while the experienced employee knows best practice. It is our experience that this collaboration contributes to create the most innovative and optimal solutions.
Under the protective wings of one or more experienced colleagues, you will get a thorough introduction to Ramboll, the area of your work and the tasks. At the same time you will of course have the opportunity to impact your work and take individual responsibility which will grow as you gain more and more experience.
