Improvement boards are used at weekly meetings in ramboll Oil & Gas. Suggestions for improvements are evaluated on a continuous basis.

Visual planning boards are used effectively everywhere at Ramboll Oil & Gas on all major projects. By using the principles of Lean our target is to continuously make small improvements and enable those who are closest to the issue to create the solution.
